| "Beach Resortel is in a great location, and the Sunset bar is a great spot to relax with a Singha. Rooms are a little dingy without a view, however they are very clean. All the staff are very friendly, overall, a good value for money hotel with a perfect location." |

| "Absolutely disappointing. We found out that the pics shown on Asia Rooms were actually those of the Deluxe ones (beach view), which cost 6000bht during the period! (were even more expensive than that of a 5-star) And they only had 2 of those rooms located on its 2nd floor. All of the other 'regular' rooms had no windows, which is a hazard should a fire break out along the corridor! The room we 1st assigned to (Rm 104), had a strong stench. The bathroom reeks of sewage... (I constantly had thought my partner farted...) So we asked for another room (Rm 109). Not much of an excitement as well, the paint work shows cracks, the room only had a tube light, which makes the room so dim. We felt like prisoners kept in a cell, with only the ventilation fan as an opening when we closed the room door. We were very despressed for the 1st few days of our Phuket trip. The only consolution was its location. Many a times, we saw crockroaches around our room.. SIGH...." |

| "The room had no window at all! The shower was over the bath, difficult to access. The bathroom floor drain smelt badly. The breakfast had a limited range of food available and we would rate it as 2 out of 5." |
