This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are great as well as the views overlooking the Andaman sea. The staff are so polite and the service and food is excellent. Can not fault the hotel. The hotel is set on a hill overlooking the bay. Its too steep to walk down to the beach so the hotel ferried us down and collected us when we wanted to come back. There is a free hotel shuttle service to Phuket Town which saves on taxis. The taxi drivers were great that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which is about 20 mins away. Overall can not fault it. This was our first time to Phuket and can highly recommend this hotel. Just like to say thanks to the staff for making it such a pleasureable time. ขอบคุณ

| "This hotel is very nice with a steening view from the lobby....but it is like a golden jale. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel and no one in the neighbourhood. More over, the quality of the food was low. The management is just at the limit like the service. And finally, you need taxi or own transport to come to some town (min 20 min). So, I will not recommend this hotel, sorry" |
