| "This was the best hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was just prefect!!!! It was close to everything including the beach and the main road at Patong Beach. It was extremely conveient as everythig was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and beds were made every day. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly think of on the menu. The pool was large enough to swim in and there was enough lounge chairs for everyone to lazy by the pool on. The hotel was extemely clean and the service was exceptional with the Thai people going out of there way to help you. The bathroom was huge and very clean and the rooms where large enough as we had 3 people and our room and there was enough space to move around in. The garden tehy have are amazing and it is just a picture perfect place for a holiday I would definately come and stay back here again and would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!! " |

| "Nice large grounds insulate the hotel from the Patong crowd so it's a nice retreat from the noise. Andaman Rooms were large and clean, only downer was that the bathroom was perhaps a little dated for my liking. Service staff were friendly and the massages in the hotel were only slightly more expensive than the outside strip. Buffet breakfeast is the run of the mill sort of thing... I would have liked a bit more variety. " |

| "This was the last place we stayed at the end of a 3 week trip through Malaysia and Thailand. It was perfect. The location of the hotel, set in large well kept, beautiful tropical garden was a peaceful, relaxing way to spend the last part of our trip. The room was neat and clean with a balcony looking over the gardens and pool area and felt very spacious. The food was excellent, breakfast buffet outstanding and we dined there also at night and quality was very good and reasonable prices as well. When you walked from the hotel all facilities, beach, shopping were only a few minutes away. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again." |

| "I have booked the Andaman Cottage, but changed when I checked in. I was disappointed that for a higher price, the Andaman Cottage was not as good as Andaman standard room. I asked to change to a room of a similar value that I have paid for, I was told that I will get deluxe room, but I think I got the standard room.
Apart from that, the hotel is nice, good value for money, best location for all the action of Patong, the staff are friendly and the garden landscape is beautiful. I will recommend to others. " |

| "We (2 couples from Australia) stayed at the Andaman for 9 nights and while parts of the hotel (corridors etc) needed some refurbishment, we were very pleased overall. The room was large and quite pleasant. The facilities and grounds were beautiful and we spent quite a few evenings in the lobby bar listening to the live music.
What really recommends this hotel are the staff. We found all the staff to be totally charming, helpful, very friendly, particularly the 2 delightful young waitresses working the evenings in the lobby bar.
The variety at breakfast was amazing and the only negative thing I could say would be that the bed was hard, but we found that to be the case in most of the hotels in Thailand that we've stayed at.
When the protests closed the Phuket Airport, the hotel Concierge was very helpful, keeping us up to date, making phone calls to airlines to attempt rescheduling and cancelling other accommodation on our behalf, evening arguing the case to ensure we obtained full refunds. A wonderful stay and highly recommended!" |

| "Stayed in late August for 2 nights. Hotel is in the northern part of Patong which is a good location. Patong beach is just across the street while center Patong is within 5-10 minutes' walk. The hotel offers a good environment as it has a huge garden with superb landscape and two nice swimming pools. The rooms are also in good size, but the decoration and furniture/fittings are too aged, and they definitely needs to be renovated or replaced. If the rooms are renovated, I will certainly come back!" |

| "Nice hotel as a whole but certain issues regarding being charged extras to me seems as a way of getting more money from their customers. If these were advertised on the website at least than u would have no excuse not knowing about them.
Staff were generally pleasant but at times it seemed they were not able to cope with a busy period and service suffered as a result." |

The breakfast was fantastic. Most of the staff was very helpful and pleasing. I would definitly recommend this hotel for seniors/ couples/ budget travellers.
