| "I thought the room was very poor considering the amount we were charged for it.
The majority of the staff had poor attitudes, particularly the the grils who worked at the bar around the pool, they seemed more interested in putting make up and doing their hair than seeing to the guests.
The room was badly equiped, no hairdryer, no tea making facilities, bedding furniture and bathroom of a very poor standard.
The breakfast was terrible, the toasters were both not working properly.
We have been to Thailand six times and yours is the worst staffed worst accommodation we have stopped in.
I would never recommend you to anyone.

| "We stayed at Coconut Village for only one night but it was a wonderful experience! The location was excellent and we found the hotel staff to be particularly helpful with recommendations and scheduling transportation to the airport. This is a great place to stay and it is much nicer than the cheap price would suggest!" |

| "For a cheaper hotel Coconut village certainly exeeded our expectations.
A fantastic place to call home for a week, will certainly be back if we go to thailand again.
Two thumbs up" |

| " I stayed at Coconut Village in a Delux twin room for a week late April 2008 with my mother (30 years old and 58 years old). We loved the location, as it was in between the main drag of the beach area(only a 5 minute walk) and the night life and shopping around Bangla Rd (about 10 min walk). It was probably a bit quieter than other places we saw which was nice. The staff were very friendly, the pool was great and the breakfast was lovely.... everything available, you just have to ask for bacon if you would like it! The cleaning of the room was done daily and it was handy having the tourist desk at reception also. I would definately stay there again and so would my mum." |

| "The hotel is great value for money. Rooms are big and clean. There are some mosquito in our room on 1st night. Inform the reception and was fix when we are back from dinner. The service is good. They provide their guest with late night flight with a room to shower, provide toiletries and bath towel too. To my opinion this is the only hotel give this service. I would recommend my fiend to stay in this hotel. The only set-back is the lady behind tour counter at hotel was not able to communicate in english and the price is higher compare to outside. Not Negotaible!! I would come back to stay at this hotel on my next trip to Phuket. " |
