The sea view room had a good view of the sea. It is spacious and clean.
One thing that I didn't like was that the tea/coffee facilities is in the bathroom together with the hairdryer as they shared the same power supply.
If they had put a curtain to separate the coffee/tea facilities and the bathtub and toilet bowl, it would make it better.

| "We loved staying here, infact this was our second time back and it wont be our last!! The hotel is one of the best in Phuket, and great value for money. This time we travelled with a 12 month old baby and the hotel and staff were fantastic!" |

| "Hi
I will always use Asiarooms.com when booking a hotel, it always has the best rate with breakfast included.
when we arrived at the hotel they upgraded our family to a suite as the cheaper room we booked was needed for a conference.
The staff were so friendly and the room we were upgraded to absolutley fantastic!
We had a great few days!!!

| "We stayed in room 357 where the floor is always wet...not sure why. The Engineer came to check twice but floor was still wet. We then request for a change of room which was only allowed after much explanation.
The laguna is a nice place but far from everywhere else. Extremely expensive to get out of the hotel..
Hotel charge for everything including DVD player at exorbitant price. Ridiculous.
Food @ Ruen Thai is good, way better than Bann Rim Pa...classier too.
Service staff are not polite at all. Whenever we ask for help for example the spa treatments @ Angsana, they will refer us to go to phuket town for better and cheaper treatments..this shows how engaged the staff were. They have their inhouse spa but they point us to elsewhere. This is funny." |

| "We holiday in Phuket regularly, but this was our first time at the Dusit Thani. It has a fabulous location right on the ocean front, which gives the hotel great ambience. The staff are friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. As the resort is quite spread out one does not feel crowded in.The amenities are great, especially the Thai restuarant, which has a wonderful outlook. It is easy to visit the other Laguna hotels. We stayed in the renovated ocean view rooms and found them a little small but nonethelss well appointed. We will most certainly give serious consideration to returning to this resort next year." |

| "WE HAD BOOKED A SEAVIEW ROOM AND WERE UPGRADED TO OCEAN PLUS ROOM NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE ROOM, VIEW SERVICE WERE WONDERFUL. LOCATION WAS GOOD 1/2 HR FROM PATONG BEACH BY CAR. THE RESTAURANTS IN THE RESORT WERE EXCELLENT. AND THERE WAS A BEAUTIFUL SEAFOOD RESTAURANT AN EASY 10 MINUTE WALK ALONG THE BEACH OR THEY PICKED AND DROPPED YOU OFF IF YOU WANTED. PLENTY OF THINGS TO SEE AND DO ON AND AROUND THE RESORT. SAILING TENNIS ETC. CHRISTINA FROM AUSTRALIA" |
