| "I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We are a family of 5 and we loved everything about this hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Location unbeatable. Service attentive and friendly. Food delicious and affordable. Facilities excellent. An oasis in the midst of a chaotic hub." |

| "This is the second time our family has stayed at this hotel. The facilities are fantastic for the children with organised activities for them in kids club. The hotel is located well as it has easy access to shops, restaurants and shopping.
The staff were very friendly and helpfull and management were approachable and very professional.
We will definately be staying here again." |

| "Truly a wonderful hotel .One of the best I have stayed at anywhere in the world.The word deluxe so often used to describe many hotels and so often not the case is not the situation with the holiday inn.This hotel is in a class of its own ,deluxe plus .The staff are attentive and friendly but not obtrusive.The rooms are beautifully styled and if your budget can extend to the deluxe sea view ,go for it .The holiday inn is not cheap but it is true value for money.The location is excellent ,walking distance to everything.My only criticism is that if only there was a way to encourage the guests to behave in a more respectful and courteous fashion towards the staff and other guests." |

| "I will visit Phuket again after such a wonderful holiday, which the staff at Holiday Inn added to.
The way the Management has trained their staff needs to be applauded.
All of the staff in my books should be given a pay rise. I watched them handle difficult patrons to enjoying a joke with the good ones. Well done to all.
From the food to the rooms and pools were all first class.

| "Nicely renovated bedrooms, 2 nice and good sized adult swimming pools + 2 kids pools, free kids club, patong beach across the road, great hotel for families, but not for those looking for a quiet holiday with private beach. " |
