Patong is the center of night and shopping life in phuket, therefore the location of Horizon is absolutely perfect,who d rather prefer busy city and beaches.everything 2 min walk away.
It cant be better located.The room was decent for its price and clean,maybe nothing fancy,but there was everything one needs to have including hair dryer, tv, safebox,basic shampoo,soap,towels,beach towels.The breakfast was very good,with lots of choice.I d highly recommend and would most likely stay again myself if the budget and location is needed.

| "This was our third visit to Horizon, and again we had a fantastic stay. The resort is located on Patong beach, but somewhat secluded to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of Patong when you want to escape it. The staff are friendly, the rooms nice and neat without being outstanding, and excellent value for money.
I would say that there seems to be a proliferation of tourists who prefer to get wasted by the pool rather than venturing out which can make the pool somewhat unattractive. Still, I will stay there again on my next trip to Phuket. " |

| "First balcony was very small and overlooked tip. Room had two single beds pushed together, not queen. Unable to move us, "fully booked" and even though we had all our documentation made no difference. Moved us next afternoon. New room had right size bed but very, very hard and their answer was to make bed with doonas under sheets. Balcony again very small and this looked over corrugated roof." |

| "Whilst the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very basic but clean and the bathrooms are in a desperate need of modernising with the toilet in our room not flushing properly.
I cannot fault the staff on their pleasant manner & professionalism and the spa attached to the hotel is wonderful.
The hotel is full of Australians and whilst I am Australian, I am ashamed to say that most of the Aussies that were staying there were rude and ignorant and treated some of the staff quite poorly.
If you are looking for a budget hotel that is in a great location, then this is for you. Unfortunately, I would not be staying here again as it was not what I wanted from a hotel and will be looking for one whose plumbing works and has a better all round standard. The hotel is located next door to the Holiday Inn and you can certainly see the difference a few dollars spent on your room cost will make." |
