Had a great time.
If possible in future ,it would be great if you could control the selfish "reserving" of pool chairs which seems to be common practice. Being from Australia ,this is a practice that my wife and I are not used to and find very rude. Many times we would go for a swim only to find EVERY pool chair had towels,old books,empty cigarette packets,empty suntan cream containers that had been left when there were only a few people actually in the pool area. Often these chairs would remain unused for many hours ,and on many occasions left ALL DAY with no one sitting on them at all.I feel that the Hotel needs to take some control over this selfish behavour,maybe setting a maximum "reserving time"of no more than 1 hour.
Every other aspect of our time at your Hotel was wonderful,and we would recommend Impiana to our friends.

| "This was the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing, the food was great, the location was brilliant and the cleanliness was superb.
My stay at the hotel was definately a value for money experience.
I will definately be back and telling all my friends and family about this wonderful place.

| "Staff was nice overall. Only complaint would be at the poolside, staff did not return the change after purchasing a few drinks.
Location is ideal, on the beach front. The pool landscaping is nice.
Free breakfast is high quality and delicious." |

| "This was our eighth or ninth stay over a 12 year period at this property.
Great staff and service. Always seems to be slight confusion upon check-in, but no big deal.
Only downside (which has nothing to do w/ the hotel) is that Patong Beach is no longer pristine. The water on recent visits during different times of the year has been murky and debris now washes up on the beach on a regular basis.
But, a great property especially for a getaway that offers both beautiful views on the beach side and still is in the center of activity right outside the lobby.
Stll highly recommended." |

| "This is a great hotel, right on the beach and close to everything you could want. The service is superb and the facilities are good. Not much privacy in the toilet though!
Best to go outside the Australian school holidays to ensure peace and quiet around the pool. What a pity the resort is not child-free.
We will be going back there again for sure. " |
