I selected this hotel based on the reviews and feedback left on Asiarooms, they are very accurate. The location is excellent, is right in the middle of everything in Patong Beach. It is the only resort on the beach with no roads to cross, there are 1 or 2 other hotels etc but no where near this standard. When you are in the grounds you feel that you are away from everything. The resort is well kept and clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are large and well appointed.
The rooms are all the same size and fitout, we stayed in 3 different types junior, superior beachfront and superior. The junior is just 2 rooms joined together, the superior is in the back without views, the walls are very thin in these rooms. My recommendation is the beachfront or poolview rooms, the views are excellent although the poolview rooms arent very private.
The negative is the management, we only booked 4 nights in case we wanted change hotels. When we tried to extend for 3 more they quoted double what we had already paid per night, I refused and used their internet to book through Asiarooms.com. The food and drinks are expensive, but there are numerous beach venders and beachfront cafes(we found sabai the best) next door where the food is great and costs about 1/3 of what it would in the resort. It could do with a pool bar. I should mention the breakfast is fantastic and all tastes are catered for.
I will end by saying that I loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again. I would not stay another Impiana run resort as the management was not to my liking. Hope this has been helpful.

| "This was our eighth or ninth stay over a 12 year period at this property.
Great staff and service. Always seems to be slight confusion upon check-in, but no big deal.
Only downside (which has nothing to do w/ the hotel) is that Patong Beach is no longer pristine. The water on recent visits during different times of the year has been murky and debris now washes up on the beach on a regular basis.
But, a great property especially for a getaway that offers both beautiful views on the beach side and still is in the center of activity right outside the lobby.
Stll highly recommended." |

| "This is a great hotel, right on the beach and close to everything you could want. The service is superb and the facilities are good. Not much privacy in the toilet though!
Best to go outside the Australian school holidays to ensure peace and quiet around the pool. What a pity the resort is not child-free.
We will be going back there again for sure. " |
