| "A very beautifull hotel with an original design. During my stay in Cambodia and Thailand I stayed in several different hotels and this one was clearly the best with beautiful rooms, gardens and swimming pools. Only the beach is average. The one closest to the hotel is a bit dirty but you can reach a cleanier part (the hotel's beach club) walking for 5 min or taking the free hotel tuk-tuk. Althou the hotel restaurants are a bit expensive there are several cheap places to eat at the beach." |

| "Design and layout of hotel fantastic. Beds really comfy with lovely feather mattress toppers and duvets and excellent quality sheets - that you can have changed daily if you wish. Could do with a few more hooks in bathroom to hang bathrobes/toilet bags on. Access to the internet and to music/movies in rooms as we had at our previous hotel would be good.
Staff very attentive. Water and fruit at poolside is a nice touch. Food in all of the restaurants very good, if a little pricey, especially once you add on tax and service charge. I was shocked to be charged 10% service charge for an already expensive massage at indigo spa as surely I was already paying for a service.
Grounds and pools fantastic and beautifully kept. Beach was nice apart from all the rubbish washed up, although this was less the further you walked along the beach. All in all a really enjoyable and relaxing stay." |

| "A very nice design resort with inspiring details, very big having most kinds of facilities. Located just next to the beach and 10 min from the airport. Nai yang beach is a quiet beach still with many restaurants around, only that we went in low season and some of them are closed. Breakfast is good and made to order for fried noodles, eggs and sausage...the common things. Nearly perfect stay but only that the internet fee is high, need to buy additional internet card for catching the wi-fi. there's only 2 I Mac for all users and definitely cannot feed demand of such a big resort. Should provide free wi-fi with such roomrate." |

| "A hotel with tremendous style and flair, the Pearl rooms are very large in size and the fixtures and fittings are of the higest quality.
We were made extremely welcome by the staff.
The hotel's location is a little isolated, we enjoyed dining at the Octopus restaurant just down the beach." |
