| "Hi,
The room is great but I notice there are pots of stale water outside the room near the steps, these are mosquitos breeding grounds, you should check that these stale water are cleared away always. Also I suggest providing mosquito coil in the room and garden.
You should install swings in the garden.
The walking path is too dark at night, should have brighter lights to avoid accidents." |

| "The only improvement that I could think of was about breakfast which was a bit boring as same foods were served every morning. Other than that the hotel is just lovely with its own beach. The room that we stayed was facing the sea, so we got to wake up with perfect view every morning. The service was excellent and we totally enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back soon!" |

| "We were looking forward to our 6 nights at the JW Marriott Phuket, after a busy 5 nights in Patong. We were aware that the location was remote and stocked up on drinks and nibbles before we left Patong. We were quite surprised by the high cost of tours from the Marriott, given that we had taken several from Patong at much lower cost. However we decided to pay up and go to Krabi for the day, which was most enjoyable, however no more special than our vastly less expensive tours taken from Patong. Someone is taking a very large cut and taking advantage of the remoteness of the resort.
Our only other gripe was that for 4 of our 6 days there was a very large group of predominantly male Australians from Optus Australia who virtually took over the resort and made our stay most uncomfortable. They monopolized the pools and their behaviour was substandard and at times made us ashamed to be Australian. Restaurants and bars were off limits to other quests at different times and given the lack of other places outside the resort to visit easily (and at considerable cost) seemed very unfair and unreasonable given that we had no idea that this would be occurring.
Even though it is a lovely resort we wont be returning after this experience.
Given the size of the resort we also found the food not up to scratch, plenty of it but just not that well cooked. The crepes at breakfast were crisp and crunchy, and much of the buffet food at the special spice buffet we attended were luke warm temperature wise.
The pools and public spaces are beautiful and mostly enjoyed our stay despite the grievences." |

| "Fantastic hotel/resort - rooms great, food out of this world, staff friendly and helpful, very quiet location. You'd pay $500 a night for this in Australia." |

| "What a wonderful experience...great hotel and the service couldn't be better even when dealing with unusual situations...the staff is the hotel's main quality...everyone does their job and more with a smile on their face...Managers should be proud of thei team...Will surelly be back to this hotel next time in Phuket. Congratulations" |

| "with such a size of the resort, I think JW Marriott at Phuket is very well managed. The pools are fantastic, the restaurant are great, enough space and facilities for us. " |

| "We are having a holiday for 4 days in Phuket. First 2 nights we stay at other hotel in Patong area. Third and fourth night we stay in this JW Marriott Resort & Spa before leaving Phuket.
The hotel itself is perfect.
The room is superb, bathroom an amenities are very good. The three swiming pools are very good, lots of activities for kids, family and adults. The beach are very nice, especially the sun set. The breakfast is good and complete, also the restaurant and room dining service.
Minus point is the location. It is very far from the city, but very close to the airport.
This hotel is highly recomended for family and couples who wants to relax and enjoy everything inside the hotel without getting out from the hotel." |
