What a wonderful experience...great hotel and the service couldn't be better even when dealing with unusual situations...the staff is the hotel's main quality...everyone does their job and more with a smile on their face...Managers should be proud of thei team...Will surelly be back to this hotel next time in Phuket. Congratulations

| "Hi,
The room is great but I notice there are pots of stale water outside the room near the steps, these are mosquitos breeding grounds, you should check that these stale water are cleared away always. Also I suggest providing mosquito coil in the room and garden.
You should install swings in the garden.
The walking path is too dark at night, should have brighter lights to avoid accidents." |

| "The only improvement that I could think of was about breakfast which was a bit boring as same foods were served every morning. Other than that the hotel is just lovely with its own beach. The room that we stayed was facing the sea, so we got to wake up with perfect view every morning. The service was excellent and we totally enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back soon!" |
