Abosolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone. Location was great and the rooms were very spacious, clean and with large bathrooms. The pool was wonderful. Our room was not poolside so not sure how the noise would be but loved the concept of the getting to the pool from your patio. My only disappointment was that the pool closed at 7pm - about the time I wanted to go swimming ! The hotel is truly just across the road from Karon beach - very short walk. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Staff was excellent.
FYI - taxis to Phuket City are pricey so bargain - and much cheaper coming back if you're savvy. The local bus picks up right across the street and takes about 45 minutes. As the heat is overwhelming I didnt think the bus would be good at all - but it really wasnt bad and you get to see the area. DONT take a taxi right when you get off the bus in town as they are trying to rip you off by taking you to a tourist store w/o telling you.
