Customer serivce at reception is poor, very inflexible with requests even though I was there during low season. EG (one example among many) I asked for a late check-out and the staff was adamant that I should pay extra for this (despite an occupancy rate of 25%! on that day). I had to escalate the matter to the Hotel manager !

| "We booked into pool access room which was very spacious and clean - it did have a slight musty smell but was excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 5 minute walk to main street." |

Good location, across from large sandy beach easy access to other resorts. Good choice at buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.Special evening entertainment and BBQs.We added an extra seven nights to our original booking. " |
