| "We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. the location was great, a little far back so nice and quiet, with no noise or interruptions, but still within walking distance to the main kata stretch. The staff were very professional and friendly and had no problems speaking fluent english. We were also very impressed with the restaurant in the hotel. Best thai food we tried in phuket and quite good value for money.
In general the room was a little small/cramped and dingy, but you only get what you pay for and we didn't pay a lot, so this was expected. Would recommend for budget travellers/families wanting some peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday. " |

| "Clean room with powerful AirCon and sizeable fridge. Bathroom is basic but adequate. Beautiful, clean grounds. Good breakfast. Attentive and helpful staff. It is a walk to the beach, but not very far. The service, and clean room, with the price make up for it--excellent value. Would stay here again." |

| "It's a good thing the people there are very friendly, service was good and we had a nice room with a private blacony overlooking the lake. Coz otherwise, I must say I was a fair bit disappointed with the facilities as compared to what I was expecting from reading off the Asiarooms description. There was no car rental service (only car hire), no mini bar as stated (unless you consider the 2 bottles of mineral water), television had very limited channels of which 2 were frozen screens from halfway a movie (luckily we were not there to watch tv) and most definitely, no free laundry service (we were being charged per piece of clothing). Perhaps Asiaroom would like to update their reviews consistently so that guests like us will be able to make correct choices of accomodation. All these being said, we will still book through Asiarooms, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay. Thank you." |

| "Unfortunately the description "country house", doesnt really reflect what is essentially just another mini resort on the main road.
Despite paying for four nights, I left after just one. To be fair thats not just the fault of the hotel, the kata beach area is VERY touristy and doesnt really reflect thailand. I headed up to Nai thon beach and found something more palatable, but that seems under threat from a lot of construction too.
If you want a busy tourist resort, with no soul and lots of 'tailors' hassling you to buy suits etc, this is ideal for you. The whole area is priced for tourists too, with prices some 4 x higher than you see in for example Chang Mai.

| "We had a brilliant time, the hotel was great. We stayed in one of the wooden bungalows which had a rustic feel just how you imagine the Thai's living in.
We had the breakfast which was good and the dinner was amazing.
The prices were cheap and the staff so friendly and helpful - arranging trips and taxis - ask for Saiwig.
The beach was about a 10 min walk but there were plenty of tuk tuks nearby.
There were plenty of sunbeds by the pools which were clean and very warm - just like getting in a bath.
We would definately stay there again." |

| "A beautiful charming place, with happy staff there to help. Location was perfect 5-10 minutes to the beach and far enough from any noise. The gardens were immaculate with a pond and beautiful surroundings. Just perfect for my stay :) " |

| "Need to install phone..for emergency communication and also provide umbrella in rooms when it is raining....as it is long way to the reception desk.
Overall, it is ok. 10mins walk to outside restuarant and 15mins to Beach." |
