"We stayed in the place for 4 nights and find that we paid too much for this hotel. The breakfast is basic, bread, cereal, milk. Hot breakfast has limited choices. Room toiletries are basic, soap/shampoo only. The location is isolated from beach, so it's good if you like a quiet place. However, it's quite a far walk out to the beach and other facilities. The hotel likes to charge for all other services. eg checkout extension chargable 100B/hr, transfer to beach after 7pm at 100B per trip, internet chargable by purchasing internet card at 100B for 70minutes. I would rather stay at other nearby resorts/hotels charging lower costs and providing better facilities. "

"The Kata Lucky Villa was very nice, and the staff very very helpful and kind. Though I had no need for the facilities, they seemed to be easily available. The only problems that I had were its distance from where I wanted to be, and the amount of traffic on the road when walking between the hotel and the beach."
