| "This hotel is ok. It's a small familyhotel with a good and quiet location. They have an open air restaurant and serve good food at real Thai prices. It is a short walk to the beach.

| "The staff is very friendly and helpful. However since the building is situated amongst other hotels on three sides none of the rooms offer any privacy from the outside world if you open the curtains. The two rooms on the bottom floor are definately part of the cellar.
Kata beach has many other accomendations in the same price range with much better location." |

| "Clean basic hotel. But the rooms at the back are 2 metres from another hotel's windows. And the back room downstairs is apparently a cellar. Kata itself is tacky although with good facilities. We moved after one night to find peace and quiet." |

| "The service was very good and they were helpful. Everything was clean and the beach was only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The location of the hotel made it quiet, but at least the view from our room was of a neighboring buildung about 5 meters behind our window. Since we didn't not spend too much time in the room, this was not so important, otherwise we felt it was a nice place to stay." |

The Kata Minta hotel is a wonderful hotel, my stay there was a real pleasure. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, clean and tastefully furnished.
The staff is charming and gracious, always ready to help. I will definitely go back for another visit, it's been great. Worthy of a mention is their associated spa. Although a little more expensive then the usual massage places, it's heaven on earth, absolute value for money. I can only recommend it highly.

| "What a find!!! This truly is a gem of a hotel. Staff were so courteous and helpful and if I ever get back to Kata Minta Hotel, this is the only place I will stay. Good little Indian restaurant just a few steps up the hill." |
