Katamanda is made up of 15, two- to six-bedroom luxury villas located at Kata Noi, in the foothills of Phuket Island's most dramatic lush tropical hills and beach scenery. Resting on an elevated promontory with spectacular views over the sandy beaches and bays of Kata Noi and Kata Yai.
Each Villa contains two to five bedrooms, most with its own private swimming pool and various other first class recreational facilities like floodlit tennis court and fitness center. What's more is some villas have access to live-in maids, daily maid services, and cooking and catering services from the house's staff.

Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking, with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodations charge, with the remainder paid upon arrival.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICIES
Deposit of 30% of the total accommodations charge is non-refundable. You may cancel without penalty up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in a charge for 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival or that was not honored (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Requests for non-smoking rooms or specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in. Due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed. Special Rates require identification at check-in. Rates, restrictions, and information are subject to change without notice. Not all restrictions are listed. All offers are subject to program availability. Rates are listed in Thai Baht (THB) except where otherwise noted. All published rates are commissionable to travel agents at 10%.
TAXES AND FEES
Room rates are subject to 17.7% Thai tax and service charges.
EXTRA CHARGES
