Although the Laguna Beach Resort is overall a very nice hotel we were not really happy with our stay. The weather was stormy and rainy. No chance to enter the Andaman sea. We booked a room in the highest floor but got only one in the floor below. The ocean view is blocked by a row of primitive sales huts of local people located at the beach directly in front of the hotel.

| "My family had a great time, plenty to do yet lots of relaxation time as the kids were having a ball. The staff were extremely efficient and so pleasant. The only complaint - the jetskis (and the cowboys riding them) on the lagoon - noisy and dangerous." |

| "We had absolutely great stay, the bang tao bay and beach is just next to hotel, lagina beach area is excellent and beautiful place, the personnell were friendly and our room was very clean and relatively new.I feel like the place is mostly for couples and family though,for people who d like to go out,there is nothing in around area except fpr restaurants,else they have to make trip to Patong,which is not close.Also there is no shopping facilities, so hotel is really good for relaxation purposes.The hotel building and facilities were excellent and also breakfast was wil lots of choice." |
