This hotel is too far away from any activities. too Bad location.
The beach is not nice and the access very bad.
Too many stairs, so very inconfortable especially with infant.

| "- Poor front desk service, people hardly understand and speak english.
- Spa is closed for wathever reason (some say renovation, some lack of staff...)
- Water runs out of the tap in red colour due to rosty tubes, impossible to have a bath in the beautifull bathroom with sunken bath tub for a couple of $ more...
- The whole resort needs renovation" |

| "Hotel was in amazing location, rooms and service were fabulous. Beach was virtually empty.
A couple of pitfalls were it being very isolated, everything was a taxi journey (and taxis where considerably more expensive here than rest of Thailand, similar to English prices). Would be very difficult for older people due to lots of walking up/down steep hills and steps. Overall great experience but due to the taxi situation, would not go back." |

| "This was our first time visiting Thailand and I must say that when we first saw the room, I was amazed. I loved the room and the bathroom.... The location was to far from alot of things. Not realizing alot of things, since it was a first time. The taxi service can become costly if you have no idea where you are going. It was costing us 600 baht each way. We rented a car for 1300 baht a day. Then we got smart and rented a motor bike for 200 baht aday. The hotel wanted 450 baht for a motor bike. I thought the hotel was very nice, but to far from what we wanted to do. I really think it could have been nicer and the landscape needed some improvement. The people was nice, we had a little trouble communicating with them. I had reserved a body massage, but since the clerk couldnt understand or just refused it reserve it. I did not get my massage. We check out early because Patong Beach is where we needed to be, so cause we checked out early the hotel charged us for two extra days, though we were not there.... I did not appreciate that one bit. I recommend that you look for a hotel that is not to far away from what you want to do. Overall. I would have stayed at the resort across the street instead of this one. However, this is an nice hotel. " |
