| "A little out of the way (10-15 min walk to south end of patong beach) but thats why i chose hotel. Good facilities, staff very friendly/helpful. Room good size/clean and a descent breakfast.
No good for the elderly, lots of steps to room with no Lift. Would definately stay again!

| "The swimming pool & environment is good for relax. But breakfast is quite simply just provide a set menu. It's no choice. Hotel location is far from the patong beach that walk around 15 mins. As last there no toothbrush & toothpaste provide." |

| "From outside, this hotel is ok. And the people in front desk are nice. The problem is when we walk to our room. we have to climb quite high stairs. climbing it without having anything with us already tiring. imagine how it's going to be with bags. and the breakfast wasn't good at all. it's not a buffet. so we only had 2slices of toast with butter and jam, 1portion of egg, a cup of coffee/ tea, and a glass of juice. the loocation actually not bad. we can walk to patong beach in about 5mins." |

| "I found the Leelawadee Hotel excellent value for money
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only drawback i thought was the fact that it is built on the side of a hill so it meant that we had to climb about 29 or so steps to get to our room. This may not suit older or handicapped people. I definately think that the extra charge for the poolside rooms is well worth while as the balcony gives a good view over the pool area and surrounding areas" |

| "Good Points -
The staff was really friendly and accommodated to most if not all our needs. The early check-in was a plus as we arrived at 9+am. The rooms was clean too.
Bad Points -
The location is not the most desireable. You will have to walk around 300m to reach the beach. You will also need to walk up a small steep "ramp" and climb up a flight of stairs to reach the reception area, more stairs as you walk towards your room.
Summary -
With the kind of money you are paying, you might want to consider other hotels nearer to the beach unless you like the isolation of the hotel." |

| "The hotel is GREAT - clean and huge rooms with nice and chic furnishings inside the hotel.
The only drawback is the numerous fleet of stairs - so this hotel is a no-no for senior citizens and the physically challenged." |

| "I was in Phuket from 10-12 Mar 2006 and I enjoyed my stay at Leelawadee Boutique hotel very much. My flight was early and I reached the hotel at about 10:30am. Thought it was before check-in time, the hotel staff were friendly to do an early check-in for me. After seeing the room and bathroom, I was satisfied. Both are quite spacious, and clean. I stayed with 2 other friends in the room, and even with an extra bed, we had more than ample space to roam around in the room. Don't expect a full buffet spread for breakfast. The breakfast is a simple fare -your choice of egg (in the form of omelette, sunny side up, hard-boiled...) and sausage/ ham/ bacon, toasts, fruits, juices, coffee & tea. Nonetheless, I like the simple breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and some of the receptionists can converse quite well in English. There are limited amenities - a pool, cafe, massage/ manicure/ pedicure services, and internet services - but the rates are very reasonable.
However, there are 3 things about the hotel that one has to take note of:
1) the location
it is quite a distance away from Patong Beach. You have to take taxi or "tut-tut" to go to Patong Beach, which costs about 100 Baht per trip
2) there are no lifts/ escalators in the hotel
Not ideal if you are travelling with elderly.
3) room service is not 24hrs
Room service ends by 10pm. Hence, if you want to have supper, please dine at Patong Beach before returning to hotel. Alternatively, you can pack some food back.
On the whole, the hotel is good - clean, spacious and affordable. I will recommend the hotel to people who want to go to Phuket, provided you can accept the few limitations of the hotel. Enjoy your stay @ Leelawadee Boutique hotel!! :)" |

| "We had a lovely big room, with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Everything in the room worked and was extremely clean, modern and nicely decorated.
The swimming pool was nice, with pool towells available. We hired a moped through reception, really cheaply, but people a little less lazy then us could walk to the beach. Our few days were very relaxing and enjoyable, not one complaint about the hotel, heaven." |

| "Hotel is located at a less crowded place, about 15 minutes walk to Patong beach. You have to walk up or down a slope to or from the hotel's lobby. There is no life service facility. Could be a problem to elderly. My room was neat but there was no couch. The breakfast can be improved. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is value for money. In fact, that was my second time staying at the same hotel." |
