| "The local of the hotel is ideal. The hotel has one entrance to the biggest shopping mall in Patong as well as carrefour. Besides, it's nearby the bar road. As the beachside is under renovation, we booked a room in lakeside. The hotel service is good and the staff is gentle.
One thing needs to be improved: while I requested the hotel to book a taxi to Bangtao after check out, the staff find me a taxi (not by meter), which cost me THB600 to get there. Hope the hotel can have their own local transfer team.
In all, I recommend the hotel for its great location and excellent service. " |

| "I have read reviews on this hotel before making a reservation. Most previous visitors had complain about the noise churned out from the construction.
The room and bathroom was clean and of great size. We had a free upgrade from i think a Superior to a Deluxe room, with a view facing the sea. It was great!
The gym and pool were great as well. no complaints.
If there was one complaint which i had to make, it had to be the breakfast that was served. I would give it 3/5 stars.
