| "The hotel has a wonderful sea view, but the room is very small, inefficient and noisy air conditioner and bath devoid of mosquito nets, but is clean and the staff is friendly, I would recommend to couples." |

| "My girlfriend was beaten by bedbug on the first night stay, all over her hands and body. As the wound is very swollen ,pain and itches,it affected the rest of our days spent there.
But they gave us a change of room,a smaller room but has direct entry to the swimming pool.
The staff there dosen't talk in a friendly way.But they are willing to help when our internet connection has got problems.
there's twice that the breakfast was overcooked too. " |

| "I am regretful to say that that i am very disappointed that there are bed bugs on the 1st day. Tell tale signs such as mouldy bed sheets made us suspect that there are bed bugs. Nevertheless we were bitten. However the room change was prompt and fast. There were wifi that saved us bills during that period. Breakfast was ok. Sunset resort food was just beside and its worthwhile for budget travellers." |

| "pretty good place considering... the manager is nice. bathroom drain smelt a bit like sewrage when we arrived but it wasn't that bad. breakfast is ok for being included. it is walking distance to patong (20mins or so) or just catch a tuktuk if ur lazy.most tour booking companys pick u up anyway" |

| "Firstly, the room is good but i only disappointed on the bring a person to the room, which there charge me after i been booked for twin sharing in the hotel. Usage like a mineral water is also being charge, what i know you stay at any hotel, water are suppose to be free, service on giving breakfast/food are very slow, it takes about half an hour for the food to be served. Overall i felt not so good. Need more improvement so more people will come. " |

| "stayed for 1 night...
friendly staff, decent breakfast, 15 mins walk from hotel to the middle of patong isn't too bad...
BUT
1. hotel under reno whilst i was there...exceptionally dusty and noisy
2. narrowish and uneven stairs might prove to be slightly risky for senior travellers and kids
3. room was dusty and musty
4. sheets were dirty (one pillow actually had an imprint of a temporary tattoo) and the white towels were most definitely not white
i will not be staying at this hotel again anytime soon...or ever...

| "We paid for the penthouse suite at $93 (USD) per night during low season. The view was beautiful, overlooking the bay however the room was small and cramped. The bathroom was also small and was not very clean - specifically the shower. Clean towels looked dirty and dingy. Although the staff was nice and helpful, the penthouse is not worth the money. It would have been nice to be prewarned about all the construction that was going on at the hotel. The penthouse level is on the 6th floor and the hotel did not have an elevator so for people with disabilities or seniors - this hotel might not be the best one. " |

| "Ignore the rating scheme..my computer malfunctioned. Rooms good, clean with a good filling breakfast. Location is the major issue - depending on your preference. If you want quitein peak season - come here because its far enough but not to far out of the happening area of Patong. But expect to pay 100BHT atleast for a tuk tuk to take you into patong. Easily can be walked if you are up for it 20min - along the beach...quite nice." |

| "We stayed for two weeks in September 2006 and it was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The main pool is in an absolutely beautiful setting. The bathroom was very spacious as was the room. When we were there the beach was not that inviting/safe for swimming so we went along to Kata Beach, but mainly just enoyed the pool complex at the resort which we had to ourselves most days. Situation - we would probably rather have been in Kata Beach for the shopping and eateries as they were a bit more upmarket." |
