nice place to stay with your lover or young friend but hotel staffs serviced not good enough to recommend.

| "The king-sezed mattress (room 208) is a bit old.
And there were old mattresses standing on the hallway, which makes me think if my mattress has been exposed to rain the dirt...
Telephone calls to Thai mobile phone are painfully expensive. I probably made 2 min of calls and it costs THB140." |

| "This hotel is quite good.
And it is not expensive. (especially in high season.)
Clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.
Far away from the beach, but also far away from crowd and noise. As the location of this hotel is not near to the center of Patong, it would be best if you have a car (more convenient)
It is not easy to find the hotel, as the location map is not very detail. I think the hotel should provide a detail map to customer.
Breakfast is quite good.
Overall - good!

| "The resort is all the way at the foothill, which makes getting down to the beach a little challenge. Not walking distance like I thought when I booked it. The free shuttle (converted truck) runs every 2 hours, but if you want to go somewhere else, you're on your own. We ended up renting a scooter for our time there, which was the best thing we could do. The resort is beautiful, but to get to your room you have to take a thousand steps, there are NO elevators. Once you come down, you better have all your stuff with you. The view is nice if you don't mind the climb to your room. Our TV didn't work and they couldn't fix it, that was a bummer. We paid for the internet, but didn't end up using it because there are no good hot spots, it was too slow. The facility is nice, but the location and the fact that there are no elevators made it a little bit frustrating. Our 1 year old son was with us. If you're a young couple and don't mind the excersise, I'd say it's a good place to stay. If you have children or are elderly or have any kind of physical impairment, this is NOT the place for you." |

| "we are not sastify with the service of patong cottage. it is because on the first day we arrive in patong cotteage, we notice that the one of the glass in the room is slightly broken. then, we asked for a replacement of the glass. however, the receptionist (a men)blame us saying that we broke the glass and asked us to pay for the glass. we are really not happy with the way of they handling this matter. we would definately pay it if we really break the glass, but we are not the one who break the glass. the point is that they put a broken glass the room!!!!so if you ask us again wheather we want to stay at this hotel again, we definately say 'no way'!" |
