| "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a fairly new hotel and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and the rooms were quite luxurios for the price.
The hotel is a bit out of the way but there are taxis every where and very cheap." |

| "Hotel is on the hill and relatively new. Has decent size swimming pool. Staffs are friendly and provide very good services. Very nice, clean, quiet and away from traffic. It is uphill and a little far from Patong Beach whih required you to travel by Taxi or Tuk Tuk. Hotel provideed one way bus to Beach evry hours until 6:00PM. IF you need a get away place, this would be great from the busy Patong.
Overall, really great value for the price...I would definitely stay again next time." |

| "I was a little disappointed by the size of the room and bathroom which had been made to look larger by clever photography on the web.
The cleanliness, service and food were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for reception. The swimming pool was good.
Wireless internet in rooms was useful but the internet connection was a bit unstable.
The access to the hotel is the biggest drawback - being a tiny steep one track road and the stairs to the rooms would certainly NOT suit some people.
This is a fine hotel for young people travelling on a budget.
AsiaRooms indicates Standard and Deluxe rooms, but the hotel says all rooms are the same size and standard." |

| "I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel last week as single occupancy stay. Having booked through Asia Rooms (and therefore already paid for the full stay), there were no problems when I arrived to check-in.
The hotel was amazing value. I paid roughly 19GBP per night for bed and breakfast. The rooms are massive, although the bathroom could have been bigger and the shower curtain was useless! Came with 55 channel cable TV and fantastic air conditioning. The balcony had a brilliant view over the pool; which was also great. There was free entertainment and music. There is an electronic safe in the room, and the beds are HUGE.
I had buffet breakfast every day which was tasty, and I ordered food to my room which was great. And also not that pricey.
There were only 3 negatives as far as I was concerned. The first was the cost of pick-up from the airport - 700 Baht. The bus was very old and did not have air-con. I got a taxi back the week after for 500 Baht and it was a lot more comfortable. The second point is the loction - the hotel is quite a walk from the main activity (almost 30 mins walk from Bangla Road, and 20-25 to the beach, even when you walk fast). There is a free bus service on the hour, but it's only one way. However there is a supermarket really close by. The third point is that there are no lifts in the hotel.
Something that did surprise me was the "price list" in the room which lists the compensation you have to pay to the hotel if you break anything!!
All in all though, if I wanted a bit more luxury than a hostel, I would definitely recommend this place. It's just a bit far away." |

| "We arrived at Patong Green Mountain around 8 pm after being picked up by them at the airport. We were told the hotel was fully booked and said she had arranged for us to stay a a better hotel for 3 nights and come back to Green Mountain on the last night. She said she would give us free transfer from airport a dinner for 2 at their restaurant and free transfer when we leave hotel. We were so tired as we had been travelling for around 20 hours so we said OK. We were dropped at the Swiss Hotel in Patong which turned out to be a very old hotel with no pool. We were taken up some narrow stairs to our room which was very small with tiny window overlooking other rooms. The bathroom was terrible. We had breakfast at 6.30 as we couldn't sleep due to the fact we were upset, then asked reception to ring Green Mountain and pick us up as we wern't prepared to stay at Swiss Hotel. They messed us around with times to pick us up they said 8 am then 8.30 am and finally rang and said 12 midday as our room would not be ready which turned out to be 12.45. I asked if they could pick us up and take us to Green Mountain with our cases then we would go out for the day. They just kept saying our room would not be ready until 12. As we only had 3 full days in Patong this was one day wasted. When we finally got to Green Mountain she took our dinner vouchers off us as she said that was only if we stayed 3 nights. We didn't care about that but thought it was very bad PR. I insisted that she give us one room for 3 nights as we didn't want to pack up again which she finally did. Our room was very nice and the pool was great. Service was OK but I think we wern't popular for not staying at the other hotel. If we hadn't been messed around at the start we would have been quite happy there. It would have been good value for money.
We also booked through you Vogue Resort & Spa at AoNang which was fantastic." |

| "My stay was a memorable one as I wanted a quiet and cosy place to de-stress. This hotel did me justice as I and my husband relaxed well without the noise and pollution of the hub area. The hotel staff was also very courteous and helpful in giving the needed information to us. The food, especially the buffet breakfast was excellent and mouth-watering!. I will go back to this hotel again with my family in the future. Thank you for making our stay there wonderful!" |

| "Very clean hotel with a nice view and friendy service. Rooms are tastefully done and no complains on the bathrooms too. The ambience is very cozy especially dining by the poolside. Very romantic.
Location is poor as it is quite way off from the main action in Patong and it is off a small lane which took me 30mins to find.
Not suitable for elderly or disabled because there is no lift!

| "This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent rooms, great service and friendly staff ensuring a wonderful 10 day stay. The hotel is some distance from the beach but the free, hourly one way bus service was more than adequate. The food was of the highest standard and very reasonably priced.
The setting and surrounds, including the swimming pool were superb. I would highly reccommend the hotel and would like to thank management and staff for their wonderful hospitality." |

| "Patong green mountain was a beautiful place to stay. The service was exquisite and the food was lovely, the all you can eat breakfast was great. It is a bit far from the actual patong beach and bangla road like you have to catch a tuk tuk but if you dont mind that then its fine as its so peaceful and set amoungst the forest and has an absolutly lovely pool. Had a great time here and were sad to leave. Thanks for the great service. :)" |
