| "Perfect if you want a quiet hotel on noisy Patong beach. Only minus is that excersise room close at 7pm and no view of beach from rooms. Girl selling tours in hotel gives great service and definitly book a pool room as I did and you will not get dissappointed as pricing is very fair for these rooms!!!" |

| "everything was perfect. the room was gorgeous, absolutely nothing to complain about. big room, pool access, big bathroom, everything was clean and neat. service was great (despite all the negative comments here), they anticipated all our needs and exceeded my expectations.
only thing is that it's a little far from the main street of patong, thus you gotta spend about 150-200 baht on taxis/tuktuks to and fro.
but for the great stay we had, the transportation fee was negligible." |

| "This is a pleasant good looking hotel, although it is abit small and not much facilities, eg, no spa, not much shops, no entertainment room, etcs.
The rooms are good however, big in size, a good poolside view laze around corner. The balcony is a nice touch too, overlooking the central pool.
The room is nice and clean.
The food at the hotel is good, fresh and nice. There breakfast go some slight variety and overall is nice.
The lounge area is abit empty of people, dont know why.
The only small complain I have is after the first room makeup, the staff actually took my coins that I left in the room. I enquired about it and they promptly returned them. Not that I am a miser but just taking things left in the room is a NO NO to me.
The other complain is the design of the winebar in the room. My wife just touched it and it came tumbling down, smashing 2 wine bottles. In the end still need to pay for them even though I explained the whole incident.
Other than those 2 points, overall the hotel is good. It is just beside Novotel Phuket Hotel by the way and just 5 mins from the Potong Beach.
