People from the Hotel gave me a wrong room with sea view.
Ten minutes after, they call me and said it is not my category room but if I want to stay I have to pay more money directly to the hotel.
I was upset, and I say no and I was transfert in an other room in front a wall (1 meter from the wall) no view no light.
That is how these hotel make money with tourist.
The other services was Ok.
There are many other hotels in Patong Bay. I won't ask for this hotel again.

| "Overall, the stay was quite good. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the villa and the rooms. The villa is also strategically located close to Bangla street but also a short distance to the beach. Together with the friendly service, it made for a very good stay.
I would also personally recommend the Massage Centre that is attached to the villa. Very professional, attentive and even took care not to hurt my feet that was sprained a few days prior to my visit. The Thai Massage was well worth it!
Only suggestion is for the long bath in the room to be upgraded as it seemed overdue. It also caused a minor flooding on main bath floor draingage when releasing the long bath plug during the 1st nite. " |

| "I had a very good experience staying at Patong Villa. The Hotel Rooms are really good, spacious and clean. The best part of the hotel is that it is just about 5 minutes walk to the Beach. I stayed there for 4 nights and had absolutely no complaints. An ideal place for a holiday Get Away.

| "We were very dissapointed to find out that the room we booked, standard room, is without any balcony. There is only one small window fasing a big white wall. The same for the delux rooms, they have no balcony. For Asiarooms.com it should be mentioned in your webpage, for others who wants to book this hotel. It seemed like we stayed in a guesthouse and not a hotel, except from there is a swimmingpool, which is ok.
We didn't find the receptionists helpful at all and they also lied to us regarding the wiews in general from the standard rooms.
Positive is ofcause the location, very near to beach and the Patong center.
