| "The room is very nice, service and breakfast and everything else are quite good enough for its cost, except the location. Considering it's in town, it is quite far to the beach. However, the hotel has free shuttle bus goes to Merlin on Patong beach, which is, to some degree, convenient for guests. I quite recommend it to those who do not have much money, but still want a nice quality for staying." |

| "Good room, correct service. Location quite far from town center. Far from beaches but has a free shuttle bus to the beach. Good deal if you have to spend a night in Phuket." |

| "Generally the stay in Phuket Merlin was good. The hotel location is not too convenient though, a bit out of the way for most "happening" places. Its quiet and facilities were ok. Breakfast was really bad on the 1st day but subsequent 3 nights were good. Dinner at the coffee house was satisfying and value for money. Lack of facilities for room tea/coffee making and no kettle for boiling of hot water (to make baby's milk) Otherwise, it's a good hotel to stay for even families with children & babies." |
