| "Hotel is NOT in town centre, it is not even close to any cafes/restaurants. Transport required to go everywhere so better value would be to stay at beach.Cooked breakfast always cold" |

| "We arrived on a late flight from BBK and were expecting our room to be ready.Had booked a room for 3. Upon arrival was told they did not have a room for 3, so were shown to a room with 2 single beds. After explaining that 2 adult sized people cannot fit into a single bed they made up a mattress on the floor. This is not what we had booked and paid for. They were also aware that we would be arriving late. The included breakfast was very limited. When we requested that they call a taxi for us they simply looked down and ignored us. Overall, the hotel was clean with good sized rooms but the steff was very weak, not helpful and rude. " |

| "All staffs are helpful. A bit old but clean. I recommend this hotel for those plan to spend a lot of time in town. Overall it's ok and we'll reconsider to spend our next trip to Phuket there." |

| "Breakfast variety of food limited. No bacon. No egg. No swimming pool is still okay, but no fitness centre is a bit unacceptable. No safe box in room. No English newspaper available. TV channels all in Thai language. No English movie channel.
Phuket Town is a quiet place after dark. No facilities/atttractions to explore in the hotel vicinity. Basically nothing to do in the hotel except sleeping.
The hotel should provide complimentary transport for guests to go to the town centre or some attractions." |
