Hi.
That was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It was great, the location is the best - close to the beach and pubs, and the hotel is brand new. The staff was very nice and their english was pretty good. The only minuses were the pool, which was quite small, and the breakfast, which had very little variety.
Overall, the room was beautiful and the location was great. I'd recommend this hotel.

| "If you're looking for a budget hotel, Poppa Palace is definitely the place to stay! It is located at the center of the town. It takes about 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. 5 minutes walking distance to the pubs & bars. So near & convenient! The staffs there is very friendly and the room is very clean.
The only drawback for this hotel is that it does not have a beautiful view on the balcony (the balcony is facing other hotels). But that doesn't bother us at all. In fact, we are really satisfied staying there.
I just came back from Phuket about a week ago and
I strongly recommend this hotel to those who are looking to stay in a budget hotel. Cheers!" |

| "This is the second time in 3 months,and I like the hotel as well the area. if you take a joiner in the room ,you have to pay 500 Bath one time .no breakfast . So its good to know . I must say there were a lot of moslims in the hotel about 80 % most from Arabia and Pakistan. So it was funny to go for breakfast and see all these black dresses, fully covered lady,s in Thailand .Patong near Bangla...very strange.
I must give the service a big compliment for beeing so patient en staying polite ,as The Arabs and specially the Pakistani are very load and making a lot of stress for nothing. They never said : Thank You or good morning ,and they had no manners and were very arogant ,but the staff was very patient with these terrible people.I felt sorry for the staff,as we went to Bangkok " |
