We did not initially get what we booked, we booked a double room and were given a twin room until one became available some time later.
Also the hotel is very child friendly and so if you are looking for a child free romantic holiday you are better off somewhere else as both pools are child orientated and our room initially opened out onto the childrens pool so was very noisey.
The bathroom was in desperate need of an update and the shower was very old, worn and mouldy with mismatching tiles, so it is possible that the whole hotel has not been renovated.
Staff very pleasant and within walking distance of the beaches and town.

| "if you dont mind the location a bit far off from the karon town. this is quite a perfect hotel for the family, especially for those with kids. my boys just can't get enough of the kid's club. it is worth the $ spent" |
