Good facilities for the kids, good size room for what you pay. However restaurant was diabolical, food was inedible, staff while friendly were very disorganised.

| "The Hotel and all the staff are great!. Except the cleanliness has to be taken priority. Specially the housekeeping has to roll-up their sleves, when doing up the room. " |

| "We did not initially get what we booked, we booked a double room and were given a twin room until one became available some time later.
Also the hotel is very child friendly and so if you are looking for a child free romantic holiday you are better off somewhere else as both pools are child orientated and our room initially opened out onto the childrens pool so was very noisey.
The bathroom was in desperate need of an update and the shower was very old, worn and mouldy with mismatching tiles, so it is possible that the whole hotel has not been renovated.
Staff very pleasant and within walking distance of the beaches and town. " |

| "we stayed at the ramada last year and could not wait to get back there. we have 3 kids one of 12 and twins of 10. it was paradise for us and our kids.thank you for such a wonderful holiday." |

| "Awesome Awesome Awesome... very pleased with Ramada Resort! the hotel is in a great location 5min walk to the beach on the quieter side of Karon.
The hotel restaurant is a little expensive as far as Thai prices go comparevely but the food is great! Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel itself is A1.
We will definetly stay at ramada again when in Phuket/Karon. Recommended to all!" |
