| "If like us you need to stay one night on Phuket before leaving for another island this is a great hotel. Just outside the meain town centre but only 10 minute walk (max) Beakfast was ok .The decoration was very tired in places - not all the hotel looks as good as the lobby. In our bathroom although everything ok all the grouting around the tiles was very dirty BUT for the money and just one night good bet" |

| "Although the hotel facilities were excellent, the hotel was nine tenths full of VERY LOUD Chinese visitors, possibly because it was Chinese New Year. On our floor, three rooms had there doors open and people ran from room to room screaming at each other in the corridor. This started at about 10.30pm, quietened down for a while at about 11.30pm and then woke us again at 2.30am. I called security and they responded. We were very tired after a long trip and hardly slept therefore I would not stay there again.
On a positive note, the check in and transfer went very smoothly." |

| "We had only 1 night at the hotel, and we arrived around 9 oclock in the evening and left again early morning, so its hard to say annysing about the surrounding area, but the personal was very nice and helpfull and we will absolutely use it again as a transit hotel.
Thanks from Denmark" |

| "The service of the staff and the breakfast is very good. But the building and rooms are a bit old and toilets creaky. The gym has one of the best equipment I have seen anywhere..." |

| "The hotel was a typical 4 star accommodation located in a good location in Phuket. The breakfast had a good selection of food to chose.
My wife and I had a comfortable stay at this hotel and I would recommend this hotel.
At times the music on the third floor was loud and vibrating and this could be heard on the 12th floor. One must therefore make sure that your accomodation room is located at the highest part of the building." |

| "We just stayed one night following a 4 day trip down from Bangkok before setting off on a boat trip to various islands in Phang Nga Bay for 3 days. We booked a superior room which was very large and a good sized double bed. Good value and great location just near the local market in Phuket Town. Good shopping bargains in the Expo store where the locals shop." |

| "On the way to Phi-Phi Islands or Krabi, this is an excellent, although what older, hotel. Pleasant service, large rooms. Value for money in contrast to many Patong beach hotels, although Phuket Town itself does not much offer." |

| "I thought the hotel was very nice. Though I am not picky about this, the bathroom looks like it needed a renovation. Looked very worn out and an extreme contrast to the living area which was very nice!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Phuket Town." |
