We arrived and booked in - saw the room, left our luggage, went out and booked into another hotel, came back and booked out within an hour.

| "The room was quite dirty and one piece of the window was missing. The lamps had no shades so the light was really hard. The shower was poor, but the bed really good. The staff smiling, polite and friendly. The stairs were narrow and you had to climb upstairs with your bags. Good for quite cheap couple days staying." |

| "Safe for female travellers.
Good location.
Clean.
Quiet.
However lacks facilities. There are more affordable places near by that offer more facilities such as cable or satellite TV etc.
Nothing to do there except sleep.Can be a lonely room if travelling solo." |

| "We stayed at Sawasdee Guest House for about a month as a base. From there we traveled on to all the islands.
This is a small hotel but with a very good location.
It is very cheep but the service is excellent and cleanings everyday.
You quickly get to know all the people working at Sawasdee and they always want to help you." |
