Construction Work (09/01/07 to 09/30/08)
We are pleased to inform you that Sawasdee Village is going to build more new 14 luxurious Triple Pool Villas and new swimming pool which will have target completion date to open as of 01 October, 2008 and the construction will be taking place during 01 September ,07 – 30 September ,08.
In order to ensure that the guests will have been well informed regarding our construction, we would like to advise our construction process and period of working as the details hereunder as well as the map of area construction is also enclosed for your information.
Area : The Whole area
07-30 September 07 : Driving the foundation piles and the guests might be disturbed by the noise of heavy machines during 10.00 am -18.00 pm
Area : Room No. 1-4 (Include Mock up room)
01 Oct – 30 Nov, 07 : Build up the structure of Room No.1-4 and the guests might be annoyed from noise of hammering or nailing only; however, we have big trees and wall between this area and assigned rooms for In house guests to protect the noise so the clients not effected much. Working hour of construction will be during 10.00 am -18.00 pm
01 Dec - 31 Mar, 08 : Process of Interior decoration and most of the materials will be produced outside the site and will be built in the room later on so none of the noise will be annoyed In house guests during that time. If the guests feel any disturbance, the construction will be suspended immediately.
