| "The food was really cheap and good if you stay with them. However, the cleanliness, location, and service are really bad.
The towels are all really old with stain and falling apart! (I asked for another one, and it's still the same!) They didn't give me the room as I requested at the first place, and then there was a "rat" running around the room the gave us! (we were given another room of cuz!)
The weird smell of the bed, pillow, blanket and the room forced me to change to another hotel.
My orginal plan was to stay for 6 nights, and they didn't even ask me why i checked out the next day!
They don't seem to care much about the customer to me." |

| "It was our first trip to Phuket and we were so surprise to see a long list of hotels offered from the website. We chose Seeka because of the many good comments found in the Reviews page.
It was January when we stayed in Seeka for 2 nights before moving to another hotel as the rooms were fully booked after that. As we arrived in the night, the internal setting of Seeka seemed extremely inviting and immediately made us felt like coming home.
The boss, New, checked us in and even helped us with the bags when we were lead to our room. Yes, there were steps to climb but manageable for 2 adults and a 6-years old kid. The room was spacious and the bed was big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was nice but the tap was a bit low. My hands kept touching the basin when I wash them.
We found New approachable and the service level from the staff satisfactory. On our last night at Seeka, New even suggested to us to take their shuttle service to the Patong beach the next morning and he could alight us at the other hotel.
It's a pity that our stay in Seeka was so short. No regret staying there and definitely would recommend this hotel to our friends. Looking forward for the extension of the hotel. All the best, New.

| "DEFINITELY THE CHOICE HOTEL IF YOU'RE PLANNING A TRIP TO PATONG BEACH, PHUKET. DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES OF SEEKA RESORT YOU SEE ON ANY WEBSITES. THE REAL THING IS EVEN MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL! ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM IF I MIGHT SAY. FORGET THE LACK OF A SWIMMING POOL. ITS IN PATONG BEACH! WHY WOULD YOU NEED A SWIMMING POOL WHEN THE BEACH IS NEARBY?! SERVICE IS EQUALLY WONDERFUL! FRIENDLY AND EVER HELPFUL! THE ONLY REASON THIS REVIEW IS IN UPPER CAPS IS BECAUSE I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW I ENJOYED MY STAY! BEATS ANY OF THOSE OTHER EXPENSIVE HOTELS AROUND TOWN!" |

| "Very friendly staff. Rooms look better than they do on the website! Very clean, excellent view from rooms of a nice hillside. The only downside (if you consider it a downside) is that the hotel is located about a mile away from the beach. Rent a scooter from the hotel and see the island. Much cheaper than taxi s.. Also, take some tours from the hotel. Very good for money, possible discounts available. I paid a third of the price for one tour with Seeka. " |

| "Stayed at Seeka with 7 other friends, I was very impressed by the room! It looks so much nicer than the pictures shown online. The service people were very friendly and helpful. It's good that they provided free transport to Patong beach every two hours as it is located a bit far from the beach. The driver were willing to drop us at a more convinient spot as well.
It is definately recommended for budget travellers, you pay a budget price but be sure you will receive 5 star service and rooms :) According to the chat with the boss, They will be expanding their resort soon, so expect swimming pools next yr onwards!" |

| "The service at front desk was very good as they were very accomodating to my needs. The location isn't very good if you want to spend a lot of time downtown. There are no sidewalks if you want to walk which could be a problem for people with children because the streets tend to be narrow and being on a hill with corners makes it a little dangerous for walking. They do provide some free transportation but only at certain times and if you want transportation back to the hotel you have to let the hotel know in advance.
There is nothing to do at the hotel and nothing to do nearby unless you like to sit in a bar. There is one computer in the lobby but the connection is quite slow.
You must walk up stairs to get to your room. Anyone with mobility problems would not like this hotel.
The breakfast is the same everyday. The only choice is eggs with ham and/or bacon served in about 12 different ways. It gets tiresome. But it is freshly made and comes with the room. There is also toast, juice and water. " |

| "Our group consists of 2 families totalling 10, the youngest being 4 years old. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Service was warm, friendly, accomodating and helpful. Staff like Hot, Jang, Neng and Ked together with owner New made our stay a memorable one.
While not conveniently situated at the beachfront which was 15 minutes away by foot, the free shuttle made it no less accessible for shopping, leisure and meals. The nearby Family Mart convenience store was a godsend!
Those more adventurous may want to try out the great (cheap and delicious) local fare within a short walk away. Just slightly further is Mae Ubol Market, not to be missed if you are looking for seafood at bargain price alfresco and a huge souvenir store on the 2nd level.
Happy holidays! " |
