| "The hotel is getting a little tired. When we were there, we could see renovations taking place. It would be nice when the place is being rejuvenated again.
Best part of the resort is the pool. The restaurants on the beach are also a bonus. Try the smaller restaurant next to the Lotus, I think it is called Chaylay... brilliant food and atmosphere." |

| "A very high priced hotel giving less than high class service.
Television/satellite facilities were 20 years out of date. Very poor. No video service, no DVD service, no in house movies, no radio! ....more like 1980's facilities in a 2 star hotel.
Hotel was 'tired'. paint peeling , corridors scruffy.
Breakfast was very badly organised. The egg makers were run off their feet and totally overwhelmed. Things kept running out and I had to speak to someone EVERY day to say that the bacon / fruit salad etc etc had run out.....very poor.
A lot of rubbish and pressure to give money to charities....if the Sheraton loves UNICYF so much let them give up some of their profits , not put moral pressure on guests to give money to an organisation proved to be one of the most corrupt and fraudulent in the whole of the UN. Disgraceful. We will not be returning there.
I have visited the Sheraton in Baghdad , Kuwait, and Hong Kong and they are 50 times better. P.M." |

| "Sheraton Grande laguna was indeed a fabulous hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves a lot. Facilities were excellent. breakfast was good though there was limited choice for vegetarians like us. Staff was very helpful. The entire laguna area is really like a paradise. I would surely stay at this hotel in future and would recommend the hotel to all." |

| "This is a fine resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and most enjoyable holiday. It is quite spread out so some walking is required to get around, particularly to some of the resaurants." |
