The stay was globally an enjoyable one in the Sheraton Grande Laguna. The good, first. The pool area was great and that was the most important for us. The luxury room is very spacious; would have been even greater if there were not two large beds (a king and a queen), while we booked for two people. The staff was very friendly: after all, they're Thai, aren't they ? The facilities were extensive (nice gym). The less good, now. The coffee shop was quite bland and the food so-so. Same for the Italian restaurant, which came as a disappointment. Pity that the Thai restaurant and the grill on the beach were closed (we were explained that it was because of the low season). Bathroom had a sunken tub: takes ages to fill. Like the room, in general, a bit old in style.
In Asia, we're spoilt with fantastic hotels everywhere (especially compared to Europe and North America) and tend to be demanding: we expected perfection, since it is a Luxury Collection hotel. Having tried the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok or the Sheraton Laguna Nusa Dua in Bali, we did find them superior to the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket.

| "The enviornment of hotel is very good, my family can relax and enjoy the activity in the hotel, no need to outgoing. This hotel is very suitable for the family or honeymoon couple. The swimming pool is very nice, with a little beach which is very suitable for my two years old boy. The playroom is very dirty and no more playground for the children. But the other facilities such as a bicycle with a BB seat, two elephants comes out everyday and the shuttle boat can go around all hotel in Laguna, etc. are sufficient for a family to enjoy in few days. " |

| "It was my boyfriend`s birthday while we where there and we had not told the staff that, but when we came back to our room after having dinner, there was a big birthday cake from the general manager with a card and we really think that is good service!!!! :-)" |

| "It's excellent experience staying at this hotel.The enviroment is excellent , quite, beautiful.
The breakfast is very good .Suggest people spend more time in hotel , enjoy beach,pool,or just lying down the bench enjoy the sun shine.
