| "I stayed at Sino House for three nights in March 07. I selected the suite as it was only $20 AUS more per night. The place is OK, looks better in the pictures. The room itself has everything I needed. The bed was very hard which I did not like and the bathroom could have been cleaner. A/C was good. My main issue was the staff could not really understand me, so I had to ask for things several times before they came (bottle opener, toilet paper etc). The TV has mostly asian channels, a few english shows but not many out of 42 channels. There is no pool either. Breakfast was OK but nothing great. They do have a little restaurant out the front which is nice food and good prices. It also serves alcohol at reasonable prices. I prefer the area to Patong beach where you always get hassled. This area is good for shopping around Robinsons etc. Overall it was reasonable for $85 AUS- but I think there are other places for better prices. Still, if you want a quiet place with hassle its OK. One last thing was that the last night the room next to me had TV on all night and the walls were very thin- I could hear everything. " |

| "I liked the simplicity and purity of the modern/thai design of the hotel.
What I didn't like was:
They speak poor english at the reciption desk.
No Gym.
Over all, I enjoyed my stay at Sino House :)" |
