| "This is a huge family resort (over 1000 guests!) owned by Swedish company. Most of the guests were from Scandinavia, so information sessions and night shows were in Swedish. But the personnel spoke good English. There are also many children of all ages running around. So if you want a quiet resort, look for another one. It is also rather secluded and far from any activity. So we rented a motorbike for a few days.
The resort is very comfortable, right on the beach (safe beach), with many pools and poolchairs. The breakfast was excellent. Animation nightly. Good organization for children.
A short walk on the beach will take you to a few local restaurants." |

| "What a fantastic resort with great facilities for both adults and families. The staff were always welcoming and everything was always clean and the service was just wonderful. Bangtao Beach is a beautiful setting and just adds to the whole appeal of the resort. Would recommend this as a resort for anyone and just loved to be out of the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach." |
