From 5th floor rooms nice wiew and you can get tanned at own balcony. (Istayed 502 and that was the best wor me. I can get up with the sun).
That mansion and all the staff were wery big positive surprise. I knew the location before, so that was not, but its great. Just go to them!" |

| "I had a BIG problem in Phuket and suddenly I had to change to another hotel: TATUM. I check out from a big Resort and check in Tatum Hotel... It was the best thing that I d do!! The staff were AMAZING, FRIENDLY,HELPFULL... My English is bad, but it wasnt a problem in Tatum, everybody there has a good vibe and really help you to enjoy the city! (Something that didnt happen in that BIG RESORT...)
The suitroom is little, but is enought! The loccation is good, 2 min from the beach but in a little street... and was a time that I was lost!!! huahauhuaha But is near from everything! Internet free... Lounge bar ... tourist help desk...good price... air com... DVD...free tips and help about culture and day trips... EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!Maybe, for a family is not a perfect place to stay, but after that...I changed from a resort to Tatum!! And next time, Ill stay in Tatum for sure!!
TATUM and STAFF, you r AMAZING in everything!!
Thanks a lot!!!
Yes! Did you remember me?? the 1st BRAZILIAN GUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| "We stayed at this hotel in early december 07.
Owner is a british man, very friendly and helpful.
Free internet, but no included breakfast... However its very close to very cheap restuarants, shops and beach.
Be sure you shop around for tour and bus prices as other places may have them cheaper than tatum.
A very affordable and nice place to stay at phuket.
I do think anyone should stay at this hotel." |

| "Enjoy very much on my first time trip to Phuket. Nice hotel with good service and cleanliness. There is also restaurant jus nearby. If you are tired to travel and find food to eat, just cross a road the food is nice. The hotel is in between of the main street and beach. So there is no problem for us to shopping as well as the shop is located around the area. They have free internet service too.
The hotel can also arrange trips or visit for you, especially for those who are going on Free and Easy Tour. Well, the hotel is 5 storeys high and there is no lift for you which are not a problem me as the entire hotel at the area do not have a lift too as from the view I have seen and travel around.
Next time if I will be going to Phuket, i will stay in this hotel again.

| "I stayed at this guesthouse in february 2007. In beginning I would stay in Phuket for about 5 days. But as I liked it so much I ended up staying 19 days. Before
Phuket I stayed at a poorly hotel in Bangkok. For a lower price as in Bkk the room was 10 times better. very clean and nice decorated. bathroom also very clean.
The location is perfect. just 1 minute walk to the main road adn 1 minute walk to the beach. about 5 minute walk
to Bangla road via the beach. So close to everything but
not noisy.
rooms have A/C, Wireless internet, tv with dvd player and very well stocked fridge with all kinds of drinks and chocolate bars, nuts, peanuts etc. at low price.
they have a small library and they have a big choice of dvd movies for rent.
The reception is 24 hours operated. there's a pool table where they have 2 times a week a pool contest.
it's UK/Thai owned and operated.
There is at least one room on 2nd floor that has'nt got any windows. later one I moved to a room which did have a window but looked out an another house only 1 mtr away. I did'nt booked this geusthouse in advance, just showed up.
but during cleaning when the doors are open I also have seen rooms with balcony and huge mirror wall. 3rd floor I havent been. There is no elevator.
absolutely no problem or extra charge if u bring a guest in for overnight stay.
In a few weeks I go back to thailand and Phuket for holiday and most likely I will stay at this guesthouse again.

| "Well I stayed at this hotel in April, and it fulfilled all my requirements. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the beach but tucked away from all the noise, so you get a good nights sleep. My room was a double, generous size and a lovely balcony to sun yourself on as a bonus. The staff are very friendly and all speak good english. Although they don't provide breakfast there is a great resturant opposite, from where you can order great food (at a low price) and have it served to you in the hotel lounge. My room had very effective aircon and a well stocked mini bar. The hotel can also arrange excursions for you to James Bond Island etc at good prices, which is a bonus. I plan to return to Phuket next year, and I will be booking into Tatum for sure." |

| "Management and staff were very accommodating and could not do enough for me - well stocked and very friendly bar with nice pool table. Hotel and room was extremely clean. Good a/c. Nice touch to have dvd in room and dvd's available in reception. Bathroom compact but once again clean and provided everything that I required. Best of all, quiet location but just 1 min walk to beach and 5 mins to major shops and nightlife. Very good value for money. " |
