PLease read this is you thinking about booking this hotel. To start with this hotel is not in Patong Beach. It is Karon Beach...I have just look it up again. Still stating Patong area. This hotel is about 15 minutes to Patong 15 AUD. The room i booked was Sea View Bungalow. The Bungalows are NOT 5 STAR. More like 2-3. The water in my room was BROWN. This happen at night, they came to fix it and my partner had a shower and was ok. The next morning i had a shower and the water again was BROWN. The manager offered a upgrade, at first he said i have to pay for it. But he changed his mind and was given it for free. The upgraded room was 5 star. But at around 150 aud i dont think i would have booked this hotel. In genaral i will be going back to BALI hotels 5 star cheaper. Taxi cheaper. Hope that i dont sound like a tight ass, but if im booking a room for Patong beach i would like to stay in that beach, NOT Karon.

| "We stayed there 3 nights, from Monday to Thurday, so there were definitely less visitors checked in. We were upgraded for free to a poolside villa, since the seafront bungalow we had booked was being refurbished. The room was perfect, possibly the most comfortable bed we ever got in a hotel - my wife did not like that all the pillows were pretty big, she likes a flatter one, but we did not bother asking for one.
Everything turned out to be cheap, by Western standards. EVEN THE LIQUOR FROM THE MINI-BAR! :) Even the drinks from the beachfront bar. Even the (awesome) Thai massage... Not many other 5-star places in the world can boast of serving dinner for 2 including some drinks (not wine, because it is definitely overpriced) for USD 50$.
The hospitality was Thai, that is, legendary. The resort provides (one-way only) transportation to nearby Patong Beach, which is quite the experience. I mean, the mode of transportation! :) The advantage of this resort is that it is NOT in patong Beach, which some people may find somewhat of a disadvantage.
I already told a few friends about our experience and told them not to look further if they were going to Phuket. I, for one, will be going back if I find the time." |

| "Our stay was great. The only problem in our room was that the fridge was not cold at all, no good for storing our drinks and also the aircon was a bit up and down. Pool bar was a bit expensive, and not very good on the cocktail making at that bar. Every thing else great." |

| "The hotel was perfect and the staffs were so polite.
the only thing that i did not like is the location of the hotel, it is a bit far from Pantong beach.... and if you want to go there you need to take a taxi or toktok which is not really cheap,,,, it costs around 300 to 500 Baht for 1 way.... actually there is a shuttle bus from the hotel but it is only twise a day....... and it is only for drop off,,,,, the way back you have to take a taxi or toktok......
