| "The entire experience was magical. The rooms have a beautiful view of the Andaman sea. Although the beach is not exclusive for hotel guests, Nai Harn is far away from the main tourist destinations like Patong and Karon and so the beach is not crowded at all and feels like a private beach. The staff and service are fantastic and always smiling and ready to help you; Thai hospitality at it's best. Highly recommended for couples looking for a getaway." |

| "A nice resort in a quiet and serene location. However, the hotel location is quite far from everything. Rooms on upper floors are difficult to access. Elevator only reaches 6 floors. Staff is not always consistent with their service. The same quality of service is not given to people staying alone or in cheaper rooms. Swimming pool lacks adequate seating for the size of hotel. | "Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good service. Pool quite small but that doesn't matter as there is plenty of space at the private beach. Breakfast is of highest quality although the choice is rather limited. Go for a room on the higher floors as you might have wonderful views on the beach and the surroundings. From the hotel to Patong costs you about 20$, to the airport about 25$ with the private taxis in front of the hotel. I would go there again, the hotel is specially suitable for couples. I wouldn't recommend it to families." |

| "Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view. Quiet and relaxing beach. Room is big with 1st class amenities.
However, there are only a few smiling and friendly staff." |

| "The ocean front superior rooms are simply gorgeous. View on the beach is superb, as we were located on the 6th floor. Equipment of the rooms such as CD/DVD player is a must for romantic setting. The bathroom with a window that opens to the bedroom allows you to enjoy the ocean view. The hotel is a little bit far away from the buzz of Phuket but then you can enjoy the peaceful and beautiful beach, however have in mind that waves and currents can be too strong for swimmind depending on the season. The swimming pool is a bit small and closed at 7pm which is somewhat early. The staff is real nice and helpful.
A perfect stay for a peaceful rest" |

| "Total relaxation. It is good value for money. Ignore those reviews talking about the repairing needs of the hotel. Our Ocean front deluxe room was superb. Try to get a room at the sixth floor. The views are superb. The pool is gorgeus and the beach is peaceful. Very good service. We paid 129 euros per night for an hotel if situated in Europe, in a worse environment, we would have paid twice o more. This is the perfect hotel to sty in. Do not choose this hotel as a basis of different tours in Phuket Island. It is a bit isolated in the south part of the island.
P.D: even the massages in the hotel SPA are very expensive compared to other places, waste your money at least once in that place. It is faboluous." |

| "Room size was good. Facilities were poor. Staff was not very helpful - could'nt even call for a taxi and instead asked us to go out and get one ourselves. Internet was shut down for 2 days so not the place if you go on business. Overall old hotel, needs renovation as rooms and bathrooms are quite old. Facitities - they should extend the timings for swimming pool and fitness centre." |

| "The best hotel we ever stayed in and the service was fantastic! The staff can't do more to help. they carry your towels and turn back your duvet at night! you're welcomed with cold drinks and flannels on arrival. we stopped in the ocean front deluxe room which had great out door space with your own sunbeds and lovely views of the beach, however not the place to go if you like activities as there's only a hobbycat which was broken when we stayed there. there are bout 4 restuareants near-by but it is a good idea to hire a car. i reccomend the far end restaurant which serves fabulous garlic bread and fish cakes." |
