| "Property stolen from room, room was locked, no forced entry therefore thief had a key.
Overall Hotel Security very poor.
No safe in rooms and old key locks on doors.
No help from management after theft.
Would not stay there again.

| "Third time I have stayed here - it's ok as long as nothing goes wrong and you are not fussy. Breakfast is bordering on poor to ordinary. My friend had his mobile phone stolen from his room - assistance was poor and of course it was not recovered. Staff are pleasant but far from professional. There are better hotels around for the same price where the staff try harder and make you feel more special." |

| "This hotel is within walking distance to the beach, shopping & night entertainment. Breakfast is ok. The service is ok, though the staff speaks little English. They allowed us to check out at 1pm. The only complain is the mattress is not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is considered not bad for that kind of price." |

| "Overall wasn't too bad and reasonable value for money. Room was quiet. Thin and mended sheets wasn't a nice touch! Hotel is handy to most things. Staff are friendly and helpful enough. Breakfast is OK with limited range. Nothing special but no major complaints." |

| "The hotel and staff are nice enough, although the facilities are a bit limited for the cost though, with only a swimming pool and a restaurant. The main problem for us was the noise the other guests made. Every night we were woken up between 2 and 4 in the morning due to other guests returning being very noisy, shouting in the corridors and slamming doors. We were even woke up once in the middle of the night by someone phoning our room. After nearly 2 weeks of this I went down to the reception at about 3 in the morning to complain and to say we had had enough of this happening every night. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel for Families of for Romantics and Couples.
We had requested a late check out when we booked which we were allowed, although I might have thought they would have waived the 500 baht late check out fee due to the hours of sleep we were deprived of.

| "First when we check in they try to give us bad site, after a long talk teh next days we can move to better site, 1 room was full with animal a lot off bites, they cleaned it and pay the doctor bill. breakfast okay, location nice.
Over all staff is okay but you have to ask everythink 5 times." |

| "I would just like to know why I was charged 3 times the normal rate for New Years Eve when the hotel had no function for that night. It was just a normal evening like every other. Steven Rogers." |
