"When we arrived on the island i was dissapointed because nobody helped us with our bags. We booked a room in the Bali zone which looked nice in the photo's but the room was so far from the beach i was not impessed at all .It was right up a steep hill and walking back everynight after dinner was not nice.There was no room service and i thought the service was substandard. There is a water feature around the dining facility which is a breeding ground for mosquito's and i was biten over fifty times.I asked for a bandaid at reception and they didn't have one. This place was a joke .There was rubbish on the beach and the staff didn't even looked like they cared. I will not be staying here again and was glad to leave actually.i will be personally writing a letter to the manager of the resort and making a formal complaint for charging me so much for a room that wasn't anything like the pictures on the internet."

"We think this was a pretty nice place. The children was happy about the pool. A nice surprice was when the hotell invited the whole family for dinner. Thank you very much! Fam Andersson and Fam Gerle 2007 "

"Beware of this "Hotel" the stuff is gumpy and they will sell you tours and fish every day. The breakfast ist very bad. "
