In 1996, Andrew Langford established The Sounds of Starlight Theatre, Alice Springs. Situated in Alice Springs' Todd Mall, this theatre is a modern theatre and retail gift shop or art gallery, visited by more or less 20,000 travellers each year from every part of the World. The theatre is a demo-studio for future musicians learning to play the didgeridoo (the sound icon of Australia) and visitors wanting to discover more information about the exclusive traditional art and culture to Central Australia.
The Sounds of Starlight Theatre, Alice Springs is a member of the Australian Tourism Export Council, the Central Australia Tourism Industry Association, Tourism Top End, and has an excellent operational relationship with the Northern Territory Tourist Commission.
