- The Katoomba Scenic Railway which has been identified by the Guinness Book of World records as the steepest railways of the world. Constructed between 1878 and 1900, the 415 meters of the cable railway line runs through a rock gradient of 52 degrees passing through various sand cliffs.
- The Toy Museum located at Leura has an interesting collection of toy and trains.
- The Norman Lindsay Gallery and Museum located at Falconbridge is a fest for the eyes as it houses a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and other art-works.
The Giant staircase along the Jamison Valley provides a panoramic view of the entire valley.
Things to do
You can have a great time enjoying the traveling in the glass bottom aerial cable car in the Jamison Valley. Also the zigzag railway that houses old fashioned railway with steam- engines is a lovely thing to enjoy.
