Moreton Island, situated on Moreton Bay occupies an area of 170 square kilometers and is at a distance of 40kms from Brisbane. Moreton Island lies to the 58km from Brisbane. It is also world's largest sand beach.

How to reach Moreton Island: A fast moving catamaran leaves from Holt Street Wharf Pinkeba. Other option is Moreton Venture. The catamaran takes 75minutes to reach the island.
