Freds Pass Rural Show, Darwin is without a doubt The Biggest Rural Show in the Northern Territory - and despite the tough competition that it receives from other entertainment events and activities, it continues to grow from strength to strength with every passing year, getting bigger and better.
With the onset of the dry season, a flurry of agricultural activity is triggered across the Territory including a show circuit that takes in most major centres in the Top End and it all starts at the Fred's Pass rural show, Darwin.

The Freds Pass Rural Show, Darwin is an annual event, which focuses on productivity, enterprise and community on a regional basis. The show serves as a unique forum to highlight the diverse range of industries including pastoralism, agriculture, horticulture, mining and manufacture. That apart it provides an opportunity for community groups to hold their annual fundraising, who in turn assist in making this show a huge success by ensuring that everyone has a wonderful time at the Show. These include the Lions Club, Bees Creek and Durack Primary Schools and Howard Springs Scout Group to name a few.
