The Redbank Winery, a famous Melbourne winery and a distinctly Australian kind, was established in 1973 in the Pyrenees region of Central Victoria, 2 hours northwest of Melbourne. Today the area of vineyards at the Redbank Winery has grown to 45 acres of land, producing high quality grapes. Today this has turned out to be a place with a splendid ambience where the visitors come to taste the wines At the Redbank Winery the visitors are not only treated with tasteful wine but also with the delicious hand made dishes, at the Flying Pig Deli. This place is also a product of the creative ideas of Neil and the culinary skills of Sally. The menu here includes Neil's smoked lamb, ploughman's platter, specialty Chinese selections, espresso coffee and Sally's homemade cakes. The entrance of the Redbank Winery, Melbourne, is a cellar door, which opens to all everyday. Sunday's: 10a.m. to 5p.m. Lunch at the Flying Pig Deli is served between 11a.m. to 3 p.m. However the Espresso coffee and Sally's cakes are available all day.
